Smashing starter to share


Saltimbocca alla romana di rana pescatrice, servito con spinaci
Pan fried rolls of monkfish, filled with speck and sage, served with spinach
I found this dish a little disappointing. Everything was cooked well, but it was lacking somewhat in the taste department.
