Spent Wednesday night on a Olympic themed cruise down the Thames courtesy of our friends at Google. Perfect weather, perfect company and enough booze to sink the boat.

Saltimbocca alla romana di rana pescatrice, servito con spinaci

I found this dish a little disappointing. Everything was cooked well, but it was lacking somewhat in the taste department.

Picked up these little beauties at the Rapha sale. The white pair would have been my first choice, but it was the final day of the sale and the pickings were getting slim. Still, chuffed to bits that I got a pair.
